Mandy Butler

Mandy Butler is co-Founder, Artistic Director and Youth Program Director for FuseBox Theatre. She has been acting since the age of eleven. Some of her favorite roles include Laura in The Glass Menagerie, Emily in Our Town, and Kate in The Taming of the Shrew. She recently played the role of Jen in Groundworks Theatre’s production of Sunday on the Rocks.

In addition to her experience in scripted theatre, Mandy has also studied and performed improv at Chicago’s Annoyance Theatre, Atlanta’s Whole World Theatre, and Improv Nashville. Mandy currently teaches longform improvisation at Virginia Commonwealth University.

She holds a BA in Theatre Performance from Georgia College & State University, and is currently pursuing an M.F.A in Acting Pedagogy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
