John is co-Founder, Executive Director, and Director of Education for FuseBox Theatre. He currently directs the FuseBox Ensemble and the Purple Room in improvisation.
John has trained and performed at Chicago’s Annoyance Theater and Second City, and with members of the Upright Citizen’s Brigade, iO, and Dad’s Garage. John is also a co-founder of Improv Nashville, where he served as Director of Development, instructor, and performer in the Mainstage cast before leaving to form FuseBox Theatre.
John has a B.S. in Physics from Rhodes College and a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is working on his PhD and desperately needs comedy in his life.
